What’s up!? I’m brand new here, 40 yrs old- in constant aching pain every single day for over 4 years. Recently realized I may have EDS. Is it possible that when I sleep, my joints and muscles and bones slide all out of whack and become stuck in places or twisted up so that all day my body is dislocated all over? I have an insatiable desire to stretch and almost ‘put myself back together’. The stretching feels good, but the pain never goes away… is this the stage I have to start wearing braces to sleep? If so- like what!?

Hello! When I have been in a flare up it helps to wear wrist braces at night. I also sleep with a pillow under my knees and hold a pillow if I’m on my side. I’m sorry you have been in so much pain. Other things that can help if you have it available to you is physical therapy and medication. Glad to meet you!
